10 – Hike to Castle Peak – Kate & Em are
facilitating (and leading this day trip). We’ll meet at their cabin at 8:30
am to carpool to the trailhead. It is not a requirement that you go all the
way to the top. Bring your lunch, water, etc. and dress for hiking. It
would be good to let them know you are planning on coming so that no one
gets left behind.

16 - 18 – Friday & Saturday nights - Hope
Valley Campout – This is a beautiful area for all kinds
of recreation (including relaxing). We have sites reserved at Hope
Valley Resort (www.hopevalleyresort.com)

20 – Friday - All You Can Eat Seafood at
Thunder Valley – Jess is facilitating.
September
10-12 – Plasse’s Resort Campout – Camping at
Plasse’s at Silver Lake. We have 3 large sites close to the lake with the
intent of sharing space to reduce cost. Sites have water hookup only, but a
dump station is on site. Visit the website for more info on the resort at
www.plassesresort.com. Lynn is facilitating and would appreciate
knowing who is planning on coming.
