Held at San Lorenzo County Park in King City, people gathered to see old friends and make new ones.  During get away days, people visited Monterey, the National Steinbeck Center, Pinnacles National Monument and Mission Soledad.  The weather was kind, except for a stiff breeze during the final days.  Below, view a few moments of the event.  Click on the picture to see a larger version.

Touring the Agricultural Museum in the Park

San Lorenzo Park includes an Agricultural Museum and a museum telling the story of irrigation in the central valley.  In addition to farm equipment, there is a chuck wagon (center) and one of the original school houses of the area.  And, of course, someone didn't do their homework and ended up with the dunce cap.
