The board of directors is composed of 10 members elected by the general membership, a representative from each chapter, and task appointees. The board meets a minimum of three times a year to conduct the business of the organization.

We enjoyed meeting outside in beautiful weather. People checked out maps to see where Invitational might be next year, and, of course, games. We looked like a Class B rally with our "B"s lined up in the loop.
